Smile Car wont start need help

Hello I have a 2006 is250 recently I was replacing my amp and sub for a newer once I put everything on slap the puppy in acc mode and played music so I can tune the amp after 20 ish minutes the car died. i realized i should have turned my car all the way on so the alternator can charge the battery instead of making a 1400 amp sub and all the electronics rely on just the battery. Anyways charged the battery and the car suddenly turned on back to acc mode i tried to turn it off put it wont completely turn off, then i tried to turn the car on pressed the brake green light came on the press the button to start the car. car wont start. car then kills the battery to in a 20-30 min time period. i pry off the little tab near the gear shifter put my key in to push the button inside then shift the car to neutral, push the car outside to get the car jumped. waited 5 mins then tried to start the car again pressed in the brake then press the button car starts cranking slowly but doesn't turn over i do it 2 more time and it does the same thing. push the car back in the garage, im stumped at this point i scan the car and a new code I've never seen before pops up B2799 Engine immobilizer malfunction. i look up a couple videos no luck, the closest thing to my situation in a video told me to reset it by putting a paperclip in the obd2 port in holes 4 and 13 for 30 mins, do that still no luck. If anyone can help me solve this it would be a big help im only 19 so im not that knowledgeable about complex stuff like this and i love this car and would hate to have to sell it because of this problem.

I'm afraid you will need the dealer to undo this. They have the proper software to do it. Use the search option to find the immobilizer B code threads on this. There is a lot of information on this.

This is yet another clear case of odd, messed up states the electronics on these cars can land in from systems shutting down in the wrong order from a discharged battery.
