My lexus is250 2007 audio is not working properly.It works well when I turn on ignition for first time like first start in morning but if i turn the car off very next minute and start again, it do not work. There is no sound output but displays works fine. I have to keep the car turned off for long time, like 30 mins and turn the ignition on again then it mostly works. Display works fine all the time.
Also, it makes boom sound from subwoofer at back when it donot work.

What could be the issue? Amp wiring ? Stereo unit
The amp is in the trunk on the right under a cover. Pull the cover and look for signs that water pooled or rust/corrosion of aluminum.
Any chance the battery was replaced or the vehicle was jump started? Reverse polarity of the battery is a known killer for this amp.
