I need help with the entire process per the RR instruction sheet--from plugging in the device to sending to RR and getting the new flash back and downloading into car ECU

UPDATE--Its been 2 weeks I still cant find anyone reliable to help me install this!! All the techs at work are too busy! Is there anyone in So Cal who has done this tune and can help me install it??!!

Just go buy a laptop and even rent or borrow one for that matter. We have places that recycle computers and you can pickup a high end laptop for $100. Ya, its 3 years old, but it works.

Take a look around.

The tech was finally able to get the time to read the ECU ID--will send to RR on Monday. Slow process but is getting there!

UPDATE: ECU tune finally done! Tech downloaded new file today! Im going to drive car tonight at least 50 miles check for any changes

UPDATE--Driven car about 150 miles--when first got the tune the engine stumbled at startup and idle was low. Has since smoothed out and seems like there is more power and torque! No CEL or battery light.
