Default fuel injection cleaners?

I am curious if anyone here uses fuel additives to clean fuel system?
my car now if i step on it has a rotten egg smell which I read and have heard could be fuel issues or worse cat issues , I dont have any hesitation or rough idle or any codes that relate to the engine I have never noticed the smell before but I think it could be because my windows are open now

Search this forum for the pressure flaps that are located in the rear fender wells. The rubber flap is corroded allowing exhaust gases to come into the cabin under WOT. You’ll also notice it when the sunroof is open. The flaps are easily replaced and are about $50 each. Lots of information in these forms about installation. For what it’s worth, I did not have to remove the rear bumper cover, they’re quite accessible from underneath the car when up on a hoist.

ps, and to answer your question directly, check out Redline Complete SI-1. It contains PEA to do a decent job in fuel system cleaning. Cheers.
