Default 2006 Lexus Headlight Help

Hi guys - I'm looking for some help and advice for my 2006 Lexus IS350. Both my low beams went out the other day. I'm not sure if they are just at end of life or there is a larger issue here since there was a good amount of water intrusion that happened on the inside of one of my headlights. I think when I restored my headlights, there wasn't a proper seal so water ultimately got inside. Any thoughts what the issue is? I find it hard to believe BOTH low beams would go out on the same day.

I'm considering even swapping them out for 2012 OEM headlights. Does anyone know a shop that will do this is Los Angeles?
Thanks in advance.

If you saw moisture in the headlights, it's likely the ballasts are toast because they're on the bottom of the assembly where the water will sit. I would obviously start at the simplest step and check your fuses/relays first. If those check out, use a multimeter to see if you're getting power to the ballast. After that, or if you don't care to do the other steps, you can probably just buy the cheap aftermarket ballasts from Amazon for $40. Plug them in and see if you get power to the bulb. If they come on at this point, you'll want to fix your headlights or buy a new set as moisture will just get back in and kill the ballasts again (they're not potted from the factory, so just a little bit of water will kill them).

Since both bulbs are out, I doubt it's simply dead bulbs since they don't typically go at the same time.
