Default Suspension upgrade

I have 2007 IS250 looking to replace the old suspension with something more comfortable and stable. The car currently has 140k that I recently picked up online. I have looked into Megan Racing coil-overs, but I don't want to change the ride height with this being my daily driver. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, when we sell our Road and Track coilovers, we reach out to you for a spring selection consultation. At that time you can ask us to set them up for comfort. The coilovers are adjustable so you can play with the ride height and make sure you're not riding lower than you'd like.

You also used the word stable. One thing to look into for stability is the replacement, poly lower control arm bushings. This is a known place for improvement in the Lexus platform.
In the link below, you can read some information about how these help stabilize the ride and make the driver's steering response improve. This is a great place to start.

I really loved RR Racings LCA Bushings, but I did find them a bit stiff. Also they did squeak a little in the cold weather, even though we made sure to grease them. I ended up installing RCF LCA bushings, which are a compromise between performance and comfort. Less NVH, but better steering than OEM. If I tracked my car, I would definitely go with the RR Racing LCA bushings, but unfortunately the bad roads I drive here was causing way too much "feel"
