Rod Knock?
I’ve had this sound since December but I thought it was and exhaust related rattle, until I replaced it all including the manifolds and it’s still here. If you listen closely you can faintly hear the knock/thud during idle, and it goes away after 5k rpm and you cannot hear it at WOT.

Since I'm not Superman I can't hear your engine.
Post a vid to Youtube or Streamable. Can't drive with rod knock for long certainly not months.
....ah now the vid is up......post another vid with you revving the engine up and down.

Yes I just got them uploaded I didn’t realize how much of a pain in the *** it is to add a video on here 😂
Inconclusive to me, not sure what that is. Rod knock is usually a much sharper sound and you can make it go away by "floating" the revs meaning about 1100 RPM very light throttle. If you put the car in gear and give it gas, brake firmly pressed (do this safely please) this loads up the bearings your noise should get much worse if you have bearing problems.

I’m hoping it’s not rod knock but it’s obviously not something good either, again I’ve had this sound since December and I thought it was an exhaust leak because the exhaust that was on the car was pretty trashed. And I’m going to be completely honest I don’t drive this car lightly but I’m not a maniac either, so if it was rod knock I have a feeling the engine would be blown up already. But I’m going to take it to Lexus soon and I feel like I might just need to replace the engine anyway ☹️. Thanks for the info!

Buy yourself mechanical oil pressure gauge screw it in where the low pressure sensor is by the filter.
When the engine warms,, the pressure will drop. In addition, listen to the bottom end with a long stick or screw driver to suspect area with the other end in your ear. Now listen to the top end along both sides of the valve covers, the water pump and the remaining accessories. This works surprisingly well at isolating the location.
When the engine is warm, rev it to 2500 / 3500 RPM's and sharply let off the throttle. It will knock when unloaded. The other option is driving down hill, manually downshift to a lower with no throttle applied. What do you hear?
