IS250 Climate control Modes not working

IS250 Climate control Modes not working
Hi, I have an 07 IS250. I have no control over temperature or modes. My fan speed is working. I read the other forums but nobody came out to a conclusion, was wondering if anybody had any luck? My cabin air filter is good, the HVAC door is opening and closing fine. Any help would be amazing, TIA
