Default Cluster conversion from Km to Miles

I am looking at purchasing a 2006 Lexus IS 350 but the only problem is that I live in California and it’s a kilometer car. It’s speedometer and mileage is in Kilometers. I was wondering if there was any way in which I could convert the kilometers to miles. This includes converting the Km/h to Miles per hour and the mileage in kilometers to miles. Also, would my mileage be able to stay the same but just converting it? Thank you.

You could swap out your cluster with a MPH version if you're up to it.

Not that I'm aware of. That is a question for a qualified Lexus technician.

If your speedo is in KM in both speed and distance its either a Japanese import or a Canadian model. I thought your main concern was MPH on the speedo. I'll fall back and let a more experienced CL'er help you out.

Purchase a US spec cluster here: https://www.taninautoelectronix.com/...ument-cluster/

Or you can send it in and we can convert the readouts to MPH/miles/F*, but you would be stuck with your original overlay.
