Driver side window issue
2006 350
The drivers window never worked well and would go up and down slowly, with seemingly a lot of friction. Removed the panel and found one of the two screws holding the glass to the horizontal bar came off. Replaced the screw and the window worked better, but noticed it had come out of its weather track on the engine side of the glass. Today I finally got it back in the correct track (or so I think) and the window is having even more struggle going up. It does the whole, goes up somewhat then drops a few inches. I’m at a loss and stressed out by this. Anything I’m missing? I had been using the struggling window for about a year. Is the motor going bad from misuse? Should I just call safelite (is this something they’re familiar with repairing?) thanks.
edit: I’m an idiot. The reason the window was struggling was because the battery had gotten weak from leaving the car on while working on the window. Jumped the car and now it works great lol
