Sorry you had an issue with them. I've found their customer service excellent, they always respond to emails quickly, and ship quick as well. Once they cross shipped my part with another customer and took care of it quickly. They even sent me a Lexus keychain as an apology for the mistake

Have been made aware that Part PTR04-53091 isnot available online due to the high shipping cost of an item that large and did not pursue pricing, however, would recommend emailing lexparts1@jimhudson.com , to confirm if available for pick up, if convenient. The Parts associate is just amazing and VERY accommodating with parts inquiries. I wish Jim Hudson Lexus would become a sponsor of Club Lexus!!!

I've always wanted the f sport exhaust on my 07is350 but as soon as I was going to pull the trigger a few years back, Sewell shutdown their amazing parts store for us. Did you have any luck? I keep checking every month or so for years and always miss a deal. Would love if someone had some insight so I could finally have that beautiful sound to match my f sport intake. FWIW: It's basically all comes out the same with reference to #PTR04-53091 as the site above wants $400 in shipping, $40 off with code... That said, others have a higher list cost, but shipping is less. So...

Agreed! When all is taking into consideration (shipping, tax etc.), appears part PTR04-53091 will end up with pricing around $1,400.00.

Folks, here is what I did. First off, last week I called the local Lexus parts people, they quoted me $1599. The Jim Hudson group got the exhaust down to $1400 but shipping is $288.

Today I called the locals back and asked for a price match and local pickup... Out the door is now $1,450 for the precious metal exhaust.

Probably the best thing is to call your local Lexus dealership parts department and see if they will take the coupon or discount to match another dealership/reseller. My local Lexus dealer matched a price on a part from Bell Lexus, I paid for it over the phone and then picked it up. You may be able to do the same thing with the F-Sport Exhaust and save that insane shipping price
