Default Wider wheels on 2011 Lexus IS 350 AWD???

I am currently running the stock 17x8” rims on my AWD 2IS, but I want to make my tires look fat. I would like to keep the same size 17”s, but want to go with 17x9” front and rear. Would this set up work with the AWD setup? Or will it cause any damage? I really want to make the rear end on my car look aggressive and know that staggered wheels on these cars with AWD is not a good option!

I'm running 245/40/17 all around on my IS250. It makes it look more aggressive vs the skinny 225 all around. It handles way better than before as well.

You'll have to find the right offset, and wheels that clear the front calipers from the 350.

What is the width of the rim that you’re running now? And is your 250 RWD or AWD?

Stock 17x8 for IS250 AWD.

I changed my wheels from the factory 17x8 to a set of 18x8 all around but with wider 245 tires instead of 225 and they fit. Only slight rubbing everyone once in a while on the front right. However I noticed that the steering is al ot more sensitive and not really in a good way, but I have been dealing with it.
