Default Changed Spark Plugs/ P2017 Code, Check Engine VSC On

I just got finished changing my spark plugs on the driver side. It was super annoying but the car is no longer misfiring and running great. However I did break off one bolt, that was connected to a plug. I also had a broken wire connected to the manifold (not sure which one, but it was black) could that be the cause of the error code?

The wire that was broken was black, but it wasn’t any of the ones in the front or top of the manifold. I will look again tomorrow when it’s daytime but would anyone have a diagram or something I could look at to see all the connections to the manifold?

Engine Code:

P2017- Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor/Switch Circuit High Bank 1(high voltage)

This is the bolt that was broken off.

This was the connector that broke off with the bolt. Don’t mind my filthy hands I literally just got done messing with the car.

Hey @DonTheDon, I know it's been a few days since your question but hopefully, you've managed to figure it out. If not, I used this doc -- https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/200...9V020-5505.pdf -- to guide me on the manifold removal steps (doc is for fuel delivery components having to be replaced as part of a recall). It covers earlier variants of both IS250 and 350, perhaps it will help!

You can view some information here. The broken wire may go to one of the sensor for the lower intake runner.

Also, whilst perusing YouTube videos of IS250 DIYs, I came across this very detailed video of the same code, and how to fix it:
