Default Engine fan noise

I have recently purchased a 2007 IS350 with 165xxx kms on the clock. I am wondering if I need to get the car checked out. There is a very noisy fan noise that comes on and off at random times noticeable at the drive thru or when idling at lights. It's currently winter here so I don't think heat is the issue. Or could it still be the radiator cooling fans? Seems very loud and unusual. HELP do I need to get my car to the mechanic?

My car does that too but I live in Los Angeles so it’s pretty hot here and I do keep my rpms like at above 3000 pretty consistently. So I would assume it’s just my car’s cooling fans cooling itself down from all the heat it gets. But I feel like the fans are very loud and is audible even with the windows up. And I pretty sure they should not be that loud

The fan kicks on around 205F cooling back down to 180F. Rinse and repeat keeping the engine cool.

The only time my fan comes on loud is when I have the AC running on a hot day. As long as your engine is not over-heating it shouldn't be an issue. If the temp gauge is staying below or around the half mark you are fine

Engine cooling is one fan. A/C on with the compressor on, enables both fans and ya, they move some air. Most are happy they both work.
