Recently I notice, even if I have the fan OFF, I can still hear some white noise, sounds like the fan is ON. I don't feel any air circulating in the car. Once i turn off the car, the noise is gone. Anyone experienced this? Where does the noise come from? Radiator fan?

Have you recently used your seat cooler/heater? The cooling function seems to have pretty loud fan.

 

LOL, I do this to trick my kids in colder months.

Yeah its most likely the fan in the seats. Those fans like mentioned above are loud.
