Whenever Bluetooth audio is set on my IS350 and I start my car, music will start automatically playing through my Amazon music app (closed or not) from my OnePlus 7T. I've gone through all the settings on my phone, Bluetooth and my Amazon music app trying to disable automatic playing of songs, but have not been successful. I was wondering if there are any settings in the infotainment system that prevents auto play
Lol... you look in the 400 page manual lexus provided?
I know for CDs Autoplay can be disabled, but I think the car has limited options for BT.
I do audio books and if for example, Audible app is up open, it autoplays. If app is off or not on front page, i.e. the active app, it does not auto play. So, i think your app that never really closes itself is the issue. Lets see what others come up with.

Yeah that's one way to do it, but the moment I enable BT it again auto plays my music from my Amazon app. I'm pretty sure it's the cars BT audio doing it because I have an App on my phone that monitors BT and disables auto play, but it still auto plays if BT is selected or I switch to the BT tab. Non of my other BT devices do that when I connect, including my BT headphones. BTW, I do make sure the app is fully closed, but it just pops open in the background. Oh well...
You might look at this... Maybe you see something in here to help...

With engine on, vehicle stopped, turn the light switch to OFF. Press and hold the Info button and turn the light switch on then off 3 times. The touch screen will go into a new mode offering options for equipment versions, hardware versions and diagnostic features. You will also find settings for mic input and bluetooth volumes. Could be helpful if someone can't hear you.
Here are some crappy pictures. Units with Nav will have more options.
Turn the key off when done.
