Default Any additional parts to replace while doing spark plugs?

So after careful consideration, I've decided to just take my car (08 is250 RWD) to a mechanic to replace my spark plugs. I cant find ANYTHING on this subject, or at least I haven't. What else should I replace while replacing the spark plugs? A different mechanic that I'm not going to, said I HAVE to also replace the spark plug boots (dont know if he was referring to the ignition coils) and some gaskets. I would greatly appreciate some input on this, especially from some great Lexus enthusiasts that I have found on this great website. I'm running on 126K miles, looked at the car history and dont see anything about spark plugs just the water pump, rotors, brakes, and tires. Thanks in advance guys

Edit: I will be doing the serpentine belt and MAF sensor myself after the spark plugs. I was planning on doing my timing belt along with the spark plugs, but to my understanding we have timing chains which need not replacing if you keep up with routine oil changes which I stay on top of.
