Default Question about climate control

Hello,
I have an '06 350 and have noticed that when driving you can feel air coming out of the vents, even with a/c or heat off and the recirc option on.
Just a bit annoying as any other vehicle that i have been in when climate control (a/c or heat) is turned off you only feel air coming in from the vents if the outside air option is chosen.
Is this a common flaw with the 350 or should i look to having it checked out? Just don't want to have to manually close the vents every time i want zero air blowing on me.
Thanks in advance.

I don't seem to have that problem actually. I also have a '06 IS350.

I have a 2010 IS350 and don't have this issue. When recirculation is set no air comes out of the vent. Your car must have a stuck vent which is allowing outside air to come in
