Tyre Size affecting TPMS?
Hey guys,
I have a 2008 IS250 AWD with 225/50/R17 size tyres all over and the Check System light for the TPMS is on since I have bought the car around 1 year ago. I checked online and the stock tyre size is 225/45/R17, but the car came with 225/50/r17 size tyres.
Could this difference of size from stock be one of the reasons the TPMS light is on? Ofcourse I have tried resetting and initialising all of that but the light keeps coming back.

Most likely the batteries inside your TPMS are dead. The TPMS monitors the air pressure inside the tire not the size of it. OEM sensors that Toyota, Lexus use are made by Denso 550-0103

Sure, I will look for the new sensors with the part number you provided me with. Thanks a bunch for your help!
