My Lexus is250 2008 model won't, this happened 4 days ago. I've been reading all the posts with regard to starting problems but the problem is not yet solved

I'm a novice when it comes to fixing cars, so yesterday my brother tried his luck with as suspect that the problem could be a starter but before taking off the starter he decided to see if the connectors in ECU are ok he pulled them off and plugged them back then the car started running but unfortunately after few minutes the car died, We tried our luck but still futile.

It's been 5 years owning this machine never experienced any problem.
