2. how old are your tires? are they the same all around ?
3. adjust your driving position, it will help - seriously.
4. on your alignment sheet ? was the alignment done for an AWD version of IS ? if that's the case you need to re-align with the right model.

Worn rounded tires coupled with ruts comes to mind as the tires edge wants to climb out of the rut. And the wider the tire, coupled with more rounded outer edge, the worse it gets making for darty like behavior.
What tires and how many miles on them? Does your alignment sheet show "Toed Out" As Left values?
If so, this will make the condition worse.
Place your car out of the ruts. Up on the high side of the bubble and post up the alignment sheet.
Maybe you wore out the LCA's which would make the car a pain to drive. Twitchy comes to mind...

I had a bar under brace it would make the car pull all over the road. Especially on uneven roads. On the freeway it would pull lightly depending on the surface too.
Took it off and it went away. I guess the chassis does need some flexibility. To much stiffness is only for track cars.
