I got my hands on an OEM replica nav unit from my sisters IS350. It was installed by the PO. Below are pics of all the connectors that came with it. My question is what aftermarket connectors will I need to make it work with my Non-nav IS250. The last 3 pics are confusing the hell out of me. It looks like the PO tapped into 12V power for some sort of external unit? IDK. Any help is appreciated! This is where the 12V tap comes in. It then goes to this for fuse protection? The 3 connectors at the end of the tap.
^^^^Yep, we all should watch movies while driving - to heck with looking at the road

If anything I'll ground the brake signal so I can use the nav while driving. Might not even use the nav as the map is outaded and i dont wanna pay Lexus to update it.
Got it installed. GPS isn't working but I wasn't planning on using it anyway. Everything else is working fine (that is wired up). Even found away to keep my existing A2DP bluetooth to stream audio with my phone.
Now I'm trying to change the boot logo but I'm unable to access the boot menu by holding down on the center of the screen during boot up. It just says to calibrate the screen. No green screen like in the thread below. Any ideas?
