Hey all! Recently picked up a 2006 IS250 with a few minor fix-its. Most are fixed, the last thing that I can't seem to figure out is an error code.

It is error code P0A11 - DC/DC converter enable circuit open. I've done extensive searching and I have no inclination of what is actually going wrong and what needs replacing.
There is no CEL. However, the seems to jerk a tiny bit when moving from a stop (not sure if that is a separate issue or not.)
