Have issue with my is350/2007 here in europe with navi screen is in error and this error or destination disfunction causing not working navigation, menu button and for example in rear camera I don't see guide lines. I was trying to insert there maps from my corolla verso 2006, but without any change. Guys from lexus told me that there should work re-flash of navi rom, but they don't have equipment...any idea how to fix it?
Don't know unfortunatelly, I bought that car already with this issue...
Hmmm..... what about "...I was trying to insert 3 maps from 2006 Corolla?" That could have been a factor.
Are you saying someone before you tried this or you tried this?
What model is the radio/Nav unit? It is listed at the very bottom of the head unit.
Also you may be able to A) gather more info or B) reset it.

With engine on, vehicle stopped, turn the light switch to OFF. Press and hold the Info button and turn the light switch on then off 3 times. The touch screen will go into a new mode offering options for equipment versions, hardware versions and diagnostic features. You will also find settings for mic input and bluetooth volumes. Could be helpful if someone can't hear you.

B) Press and hold the on/off button, continue holding down until it reboots. Mind you I take no responsibility for it getting any worse if that is possible.
You try the key on lights off/on 3x to gather info?
Key on holding on/off button down for 35 seconds should reboot it. The problem I'd guess is that corrupted the data on the system. No clue how you recover from that. A used unit off fleebay?
