List of problems that started today

Cranks before it starts, sometimes slowly
brake has to be pushed much farther in to to start
Green ignition light has a delay after brake is pressed
dash lights have a delay before activating
Climate control has a longer delay

I'm not sure what this could be. I'm thinking maybe alternator is dead and the battery is going dead?

 

If the car is running still take the battery to your local auto parts store. Have them load test the battery. Then go from there.
