Default B1650 passenger airbag sensor

I have a fault code of b1650. Toyota is asking $5k to replace the seat as a whole. I have narrowed the issue down to the weight sensor. I found a wrecked (hard t bone passenger side) in my area. My question is, getting the passenger seat out with out cutting the door may be tricky. If I remove the driver seat, would I be able to use that sensor? Interior doesnt match so I will be trying to remove leather and all to do work. Obviously going to do the most damage to the salvage seat in learning the best way of removing leather. Thanks for the help.

Read this article. My code came up when it was scanned by a local shop.

$5k to replace a seat? They just need to replace the seat cushion... which is pricey at like $1700 CAD when I did it but not $5k ballpark
