Default what do these codes mean & what should i do ?

I have a 2006 Lexus IS 250 and I have been getting these pull codes PO172/PO175 and PO101 .

If you follow mandyfig's advice, be aware that the codes you posted should be the letter "P" followed by a four digit number, not the letters "PO" followed by a three digit one. From my recollection, P0172 and P0175 are "mixture too rich" DTCs.
