Torque specs, Intake manifold?

Torque specs, Intake manifold?
I've googled and searched here for specs with no luck. 2008 IS250, I'm replacing spark plugs this weekend and need the intake manifold torque amounts and the spark plug torque.
Does anyone have these? I'd sure appreciate it. TIA!
