Default Starter malfunction/ loose connector?

So recently I had my car dropped off at a Lexus dealer to diagnose a vsc/tcs light to find out it was my front right abs senor damaged due to a collision, which I thought the repair shop would have fixed. I pick it up the next day and my car starts doing this which it has never done before. Could it be a technician forgot to connect something to cause it or is it just a faulty starter? The ignition process used to be fast and or almost instant, now it has a sort of brown out every time i start the car. I cleaned the battery terminals.

Something is wrong with the video. I'd take the battery to get load tested at Auto parts store. It's free to check.

Turns out battery was bad even though it was working perfectly fine a 4 days ago.
