Default engine swap

hi i have a 2009 is250 rwd automatic, i was planning on swapping the engine with a 2011 is250 rwd as well, i was wondering if it would be a direct swap or if i would need new wiring harness and ecu and end clips? thank you

It will be a direct swap. If you use the original harness on the new engine, you will need to move the ignition filters over from the old engine and plug them in. If you use the new harness, it should just plug in and go.

Thread moved.

You will need to swap your upper/lower oil pan and engine mount brackets from the original engine. Other than that, it is the same.
