not sure how so many 350 owners drain and refill transmission with only 2-3 quarts. I drained mine, removed and cleaned the pan and replaced the filter, o ring, and gasket and got out 4.5 quarts. transmission had never been serviced before. could be that i got some fluid out of the TC as the car was jacked up a lot in the front..not sure
running valvoline synthetic ATF, shifts crisp and quick.
so i just got my brake fluid flush, coolant flush and then my oil change for 450. I don't consider that such a bad deal.
This is all speculation but it is more common then you think.
Typically a coolant flush is draining the radiator and filling it again. A brake fluid flush is typically sucking out the brake fluid out of the master cylinder and refilling. The oil change is bulk oil with a OEM filter. You really need to specify what it is they are going to do otherwise assume the least amount possible. Not like you are going to check their work considering you didn't do it yourself in the first place and they know you probably have no idea what to check for anyway.
I figure if that is what they did you over payed by $425 and never got the proper service you thought you were getting.
I just do it myself and know it got done correctly and completely.
