Hey everyone,

I just recently installed new bulbs in my 07 IS250.. after installing them and going out that night, I noticed they were very unaligned. Mainly the drivers side. I have been trying for the past hour to do it myself with every Phillips screwdriver I could find and it just wont adjust! It wont go up or down no matter what direction I turn it. The wheel and teeth turn with the screwdrivers I am using.. but it does absolutely nothing to the adjust the headlight..

Also, about a month ago is when I started noticing issues with my bulbs before the driver side went completely out.. and during a heavy rain storm, my AFS light came on & has stayed on since. Could this be affecting it somehow?
