Default Trying to figure out wheel gap

I am trying to figure out what size spacers to run without needing fender modifications. I have seen many posts that say stock wheels with 15mm front and 20mm rear sits nicely without rubbing. My main focus is on the rear first since I think they look atrocious with my new wheels.

I have GS F-Sport wheels and lowered on H&R springs
Front: 19x8 +45 with a 235/35 tire
Rear: 19x9 +60 with a 265/35 tire

So compared to stock wheels the front is in the same position but with a wider tire, in theory ~5mm more flush due to wider tire. So I shouldnt go more than 10mm?
Rear wheel is about 4mm less flush than stock, but slightly wider tire would almost make this a wash right? So stick with 20mm?

I was getting tired of just using online calculators so i got under the car to take some measurements. It seems like the rears could go way more than 20mm, but I've never run spacers or wide wheels before so I feel like I must be missing something. I have a solid 35mm before coming into contact with the actual metal fender, but im sure I need to stop short of that as I might rub the liner - my question is how much of the liner do I have to worry about?

I noticed that a little higher up on the fender liner, it sticks out a lot more - is this what I need to be concerned about? Or should I be fine since I'm not slammed?

I think I'm just going to order 25mm and see what happens. The only thing that worries me is that part a little further up the liner that sticks out more. But it seems like there are much more aggressive stances barely tucked under the fender where this should be an issue, but I'm not finding anything about it specifically... Just generic rolling of fenders (which wouldn't seem to solve this issue) or shaving (which I'm not sure what all that involves) which seem to be more about where the wheel meets the lowest point of the fender.

So I've ordered spacers for the rear. Any offset experts out there want to comment on my proposed setup?
