First at all,
First thing is first, Changing the coolant cap is first start
then pressure test to find out if you have leaked gasket.
Heat exchange unit is next on the list.
The more your drive hard your car the more coolant you lost then really sure it's gasket leak and won't be cheap to be fixed
Cylinder 5 is on Facing engine left side last cylinder next to battery. 1,3,5 on that bank pull the coil and swap it with 1, or 3. Reset the engine light, and see if the code pops up for that cylinder. If it does you know you have a bad coil pack. If not it could be a bad plug, or something deeper like a bad injector.
Check the plug wells for oil on that bank. Maybe a leaking valve cover gasket.

Swapped the coils 1&5, still showing p0305 code. Any advise?
Pull the plug on that cylinder. Check it out, and maybe swap to another cylinder. It's time consuming yes I know but it's the cheapest route. You can always go buy a plug too. Next I would inspect all wiring on that cylinder from coil connector to the wiring on the fuel injector.
Swapped coils 1&5, still showed same code after resetting and driving. Replaced one of the spark plugs, reset and drove it, same code.
Refering to the OP's subject title. Have you done a cooling system pressure test? It is possible head gasket issue. In this case
swapping coil or spark plug won't make any difference.
