I bought US imported IS 250 2012, when I checked the Vehicle Setting, I found out that I only have the maintenance option and below are missing:

1. Vehicle Customization
2. Lexus Park Assist

I've done a lot of research and I could not find any help, appreciate if someone can guide me what I missing and how I can get this two option back if applicable?
moreover, if anyone knows any technical shop where they can help downloading the GCC maps and converting the whole dashboard from US to GCC, I'm in United Arab Emirates (ABU DHABI)

Same here. Option "Vehicle Customization" is not visible at all.

 

Certainly not the expert; but as I know it, vehicle customization is not done by on board settings. If you download the US owners manual it will tell you to take it to a Lexus/Toyota shop where they connect a computer running Toyota proprietary software called Techstream. This software allows you to customize how long the lights stay on, how the door locks behave, lighting options, chime options, how the AC works and things like that.
