Can someone help me pinpoint parts I need for my rear bumper...?

I need a fastener for the driver's side rear bumper.

Is the part I need on this site or something I can order through Toyota too?

I also need a plastic screw ?fitting? that embeds into the upper portion of the car through the bumper tab.

That stupid plastic clip fails over time. Mine is loose right now allowing the bumper there to vibrate a tad bit and I'm about to replace it with trusty zip ties. LOL!

 

I must be missing something with the zip tie method as the screw hole does not have an outlet to close the loop in the zip tie.

Any ideas on the part no.?
