Hello,

I just bought my 2007 IS250 and noticed a flapping noise when I accelerate. Happens at any speed and only when accelerating, not during idle or any other time. Even when the engine is at the normal operating temperature it still happens. No loss of power or vibrations. Any ideas?

P.S. I am also looking for a good tutorial on how to properly open up under the hood to work on it and suggested tools to do this.
