Default Hit a deer with my 07 IS350

I have comprehensive coverage and I'm hoping they write me a check.
Looks like I need a hood, bumper cover and grill.
Didnt get either fender or headlight assembly.
i see an F sport style grill insert and am wondering if anyone has tried to install the gen 3 spindle style front end on a 2IS.

Sorry if there is a thread on this I couldn't find any,
Thanks,
Lex

Thanks DMV, I found some grill inserts but not a conversion to the 2014 style front end.
Just hoping someone here has attempted it and can provide some guidance.

^^^^Using the search function, I found these two:

There are more.

Could of been much worse! Glad everyone is ok. Not just this past week someone locally died on our HWY when a deer made it across the first four lanes of traffic, then jumped the median directly into a car's windshield in the fast lane. Combo of hitting the deer and median ended her life.

Onto a better note, time for new parts and fresh paint!

Dude, the 2IS to 3IS eBay bumper thread is like the first 15 threads. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...onversion.html

I just finished mine. Based on the damage, I bet some of your headlight tabs on the passenger H/L are broken once you remove bumper. If they are, get a supplement from insurance.

Thanks sinister, yep need a pax side headlight. Keystone aftermarket HID, AFS $800.
Any suggestions? Don't really want to do the LED mod but would like to get both new so they match.
Thanks,
Dan

That aftermarket OEM HID headlight is like half the price on eBay new.

You can can get a set of aftermarket 2011+ Depo HID for $1000 on eBay new. Transplant your HID ballast and lamps from you 2007 over.

Or do the Depo Halogen conversion I did. There’s a Depo Healights thread with lots of info. These are $425 plus sweat and labor to get it retrofitted.

Thanks again Sinister, I'd like to stick with the OEM style HIDs plus these have the AFS leveling and the projectors turn left and right with the steering.
i read through the Depo thread on your car. They are nice but I need to get back on the road.
i might keep the $800 and glue the busted one till I have time to rewire and upgrade to the aftermarket ones.
I'll try to find the HIDs on eBay, if I'm spending $800 I'd like to get two so they match.

If it’s just a broken bracket, Lexus sells a bracket replacement for the top fender and bottom corner. They are like $20 or $30 each. You shave old one off and bolt new on to two blank holes on housing.

New TYC AFS replacement complete with ballast and auto level motors. $420 each.

Bracket PN:
RH Upper: 81193-53020
RH Lower: 81195-53010 (Closer to the grille)
LH Upper: 81194-53010
LH Lower: 81196-53020

Looks like no frame damage. OEM hood is aluminium so expensive unless you can find a cheap decent body shop. Aftermarket bumper is cheap but should upgrade to IS3 style bumper. Grille is like $50 for aftermarket F-sport one. Good luck.
