Default ? Custom PID for TPMS Read out on Torque Pro App with OBDII EML 327 reader

So I've scoured the internet to figure out how to do this and just wanted to see if anyone has any insight on getting the tire pressure from the ELM327 with the Torque or any app. It can be don't with scangauge tool, but that might just be a more advanced tool and it might not be possible. I'll include all the information I have here.

This is an example from the Ford Focus RS. This is the scan gauge data.
Left Front Tire Units:PSI
TXD: 0726222813
RXF: 046285280613
RXD: 3010
MTH: 000100020000
NAM: PS1

This is the custom PID for the Torque App that works. You can actually load this preset on the Torque App
Left Front Tire Pressure (Driver Front) - Uses the vehicle's TPMS to read your tire pressure.
PID: 222813
Long Name: Left Front Tire Pressure
Short Name: Tire PSI (LF)
Maximum Value: 70
Unit type: PSI
Equation: (((256*A)+B)/3+22/3)*0.145
Start Diagnostic Command: Blank
Stop Diagnostic Command: Blank

OBD Header to use: 726

TXD is the transmission sent to the ECU, so in the above example, that is part of the Header and the PID. They don't seem to do anything with the RXF or RXD, which is the receiving information filter and the location of the receiving information that is sent back. Part of the RXF and RXD are used in the MTH equation

Then the MTH is the equation to convert the signal you receive into an actual value you'll recognize. The breakdown of the MTH can be seen in this link.
http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forum...es-torque-pro/

From the scangauge website this is the breakdown of how to get the tire pressure reading from our sensors.
https://www.scangauge.com/x-gauge-co...us-scion-tpms/Using the above Focus RS example this should convert to
PID: AF02138
Long Name: Left Front Tire Pressure
Short Name: Tire PSI (LF)
Maximum Value: 70
Unit type: PSI
Equation: (C*(29/4)-145)/10 ***The letter I'm not entirely sure about. It can be A-F.
Start Diagnostic Command:
Stop Diagnostic Command:
OBD Header to use: 822

When I use the above PID, I get a non-stop response back with multiple values and I eventually just close it. I've tried the PID as just 2138 or 2162 and the Header as 822AF0 and get multiple responses as well.

I'm not sure if this is possible and might have something to do with RXF and RXD because on the Focus RS example, the PID changes and the RXF changes, but the RXD stays the same. On the Lexus models, the PID stays the same and the RXD changes, so not sure how that factors in. Anybody have any insights?

GAUGE: Tire #1 Pressure (PSI)
TXD: 822AF02162
RXF: 546180004000
RXD: 2808
MTH: 001D 0004 FF6F
NAME: TP1

My attempt yields the following:
(E*(29/4)-154)/10

That said I'd rather know the transmission temperature!
Let me know if that works!

Thanks, I already knew the equation from my research whether it be 154 or 145, I don't think it will make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things. I just need to find out what to do with the other values like TXD and RXD. I'm pretty sure the TXD is the PID, but what to do with the RXD

In any case, there is one from the transmission temp I thought. You just have to go to real time display and add the gauge. I thought it was already pre-programmed.
I dont see why you can't use this

Transmission Temperature
TXD: 07E021D9
RXF: 032180000000
RXD: 2810
MTH: 00070064FE70
Name: TFT
Units: Degrees Fahrenheit

or for 2010+
TXD: 07E02182
RXF: 046105820000
RXD: 3808
MTH: 00090005FFD8
Name: TFT
Units: Degrees Fahrenheit

I'll try it out and see

It was already set for me on the Torque app for the Transmission Temp. Attached is the screenshot

Maybe one of the updates added it since I last looked.
I'll take a peak latter.

FWIW: I added the Torque Pro Transmission Temperature as a gauge and all it does is mirror the engine coolant temperature. It is completely misleading and utterly usless in implementation. I would not use it ever it's bad data.

You are better off stopping and shooting an IR gun at the trans pan.
