Thinking of getting 2012 IS350 F Sport
Debating if I should get a 2012 IS350 F Sport for $19,000
Can you anyone chime in to let me know what I should be aware of and what I should look out for.
Are the headlights Halogen, HID, LED?
Thank you

HID with LED strip is standard on the 2012 IS350.
Just check the basics (suspension components, water pump area for dried coolant, fluids, tire tread, etc). The later years really don't have much to go wrong on them. I'd ask for a copy of the service history, unless you just want to put the VIN into Lexus's drivers site to obtain it. I believe the 2012 only has two recalls that it needs done, so check the service history for those (washer arm nut and passenger airbag inflator).

I grabbed a 2013 from the West Coast just out of OEM warranty w 50,xxx mi. Fun car.
All I can say is don't trust carfax for blems and minor repairs. Owners can and do perform repairs w out reporting body damage.
That said look it over under florescent lights as the sun hides a lot. Also get it in the air on a lift and look it over as it is an investment!
If it seems right, do it! Great cars! Enjoying mine!
