Default Headlight rebuilt

I’ve searched and couldn’t find an answer.
I purchased an 08 IS350 a few weeks ago and the headlight lenses are hazed. I was planning on buying a set of after market lights with the DRL led strip. Shortly after getting it home I found out I have AFS. Would it be possible to use the new lens and insides of the new headlight and the original back section with the AFS motor ?

i never saw an aftermarket headlight with AFS option. It is always disabled when you install aftermarket ones. Although, there could be some DIY and tinkering that you may do to have AFS.

The only question I have about JL's comment is I have a 06 IS350 with HID's but no AFS. Hmmm.....

You can still use non afs headlights if you don’t mind losing that feature. You can pull the fuse for the afs and be fine. I personally like the afs so I will just retro my oem at some point.
