Headlights

I have a 07 IS250 and my headlights run really low to the point where it's tuff to see. And the drivers side cuts out on a regular basis. Has anyone had this problem

There is a manual adjustment screw to bring them up. Do you have ASF?

Look at your power circuit you may find a bad connection. How is your battery level?
