Unhappy is 250 convertible smart key module

I purchased a 2014 IS 250 from auction that was in a flood. The car wont start and I do
not have a key. I have purchased a key fob from the Dealer bought some new computers found out that all the computers did not get wet only from the center console to the floor. I have cleaned all the computers but car will still not start. also I cannot find the smart key module location. Are there any suggestion to get this IS 250 started.

So the key you are trying to start the car with has never been mated to the ECU in the car? Or did you give the dealer the VIN and they supposedly programmed it for you?

1, Flooded cars usually effected the Engine and Engine bay area components, most of the time ECU Computer is fine, water don't rise up that high to wet the ECU computer (thats why all CAR MAKE put the ECU on top highest)
2, If you purchase a new ECU Computer oh let say, a new Keyfob, YOU HAVE TO PROGRAM it with a Pro Technician or from Lexus Dealership in order to make it work
3, You have cleaned all Computers ? you know when waters goes in the Engine that Engine probably Gone right ? tell us little more, does all Lights and Electrical work ? what have you done so far ? more info so we can give you more suggestion
check these videos

many facts that Engine will not start for a flood car not just the Keyfob !

Unhappy Is 250 continue smart key module

The key fob that I have is brand new and when I tried to program
it the programmer did not communicate with the vechile. Then I changed the immobilizer
also cleaned all computer boards and remove any oxidation
(which was very little) but I have not located the smart key module. Any further
suggestions that I may try?

So far I have cleaned all of the computers underneath the dashboard. I have taken the dashboard out. I have taken out the wire harness I clean all the contacts all the relays I clean all the computers in the center counsel under the seats in the back seats. I have replace the ECU I have replace the convertible top module. I figured that the smart key module is the module that Ineeds or replaced because that is probably not letting the smart key communicate. I recently purchased from the dealership pair with the vehicle, but I cannot find the smart key module in the vehicle I do not know the location of it. All the electrical as far as lighting headlights taillights everything is working at this time the only thing that I do not have are dash lights . Also I have checked the engine and there was no water whatsoever that was in the engine. Do you have any good suggestions that I may try or even maybe the location of the smart key module?

The certification ECU (smart key ECU) is located on the back of the HVAC main box. Dash and dash bar will have to be removed to access it.

Side note the 2014 IS250C is a second gen car may want to post there as well.
