Question Spark Plug Replacement DIY

Hey Guys,

So I did my spark plugs this past weekend on my 2009 IS 250 2.5L RWD. After taking the manifold off on the drivers side and putting everything back together, When I fire up, it sounds like there is an air leak some where. Almost like air getting sucked thru a straw.
After I took everything back apart I noticed I had an extra gasket laying around... (see attached picture).

Now, I cant figure out where this damn gasket goes... the dealer was no help...can anyone point me in the right direction???

Thanks!

It part of your intake manifold gasket once you pull the manifold off you'll see the gasket. Google the image but i think it should like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/LEXUS-OEM-F...4383.l4275.c10
That being said it looks like it rip off.

Here's the diy link. I did my plug change using this thread.

Are you sure the intake manifold was properly seated? When you tightened everything back up?

Those gaskets are still there. I double checked all those. This particular gasket is also about 3/8-1/2"thick
