I'm planning on purchasing the techstream program and cable from eBay and was wondering which version i need for our cars. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The Techstream program is not sold outright, it is available as a benefit of a subscription at the "diagnostic professional" level to TIS, see https://techinfo.toyota.com

If someone on eBay is providing the Techstream software, it is pirated, and discussion of pirated software is a prohibited topic on ClubLexus, so please don't.

As for the hardware, the MiniVCI cable sold on eBay, Amazon and elsewhere is compatible with Techstream. There are multiple versions of the MiniVCI, but be aware that the lower end ones are 32 bit only, which means you need to run it on a laptop with Windows XP or the 32 bit version of Windows 7. You need the 64 bit version for compatibility with a modern O/S like Windows 10.
