Default Factory HID Headlight Replacement

I have the luxury package with factory HID that "move" when I turn etc. Before I bought the car, the previous owner had the passenger headlight replaced by the factory due to the leaking recall (or at least that's what he told me).
Now the driver side is a little yellow and the passenger is crystal clear, and it'd driving me crazy. I'd be fine if they were both dulling or both clear, but not the mismatch. Do I have any options other than paying $700 a headlight for the factory lights? I'd much rather have a aftermarket with an LED strip and black housing, but don't want to go cheap and have one that leaks.

Any links or info would be very helpful. New to the Lexus world.

That's the best option without breaking the bank.

Have you tried polishing the driver side with headlight restorer--that might help

Adding to the above, some kits have a clear coat option. It seems to work well on city cars. The highway with its pebble blasting can have mixed results.

By all means, polish them as a first step.

I've done the headlight restoration; however the plastic yellow on the inside as well. Yes, the headlights look better, but at night you can tell they are yellow on the inside.
