Question Undiscovered 2IS features....

Do all models take control of the wipers based upon vehicle speed?

Ya, so car does NOT have rain sensing wipers yet when you stop at a light the wipers slow pace and if the glass stays clear extend the delay in both interval and low speed settings.

Do all years do this? Car has a standard stalk on here but I had no clue it senses vehicle speed and rain.
Who knew....

I haven't found this to be the case for my 07 IS250. The only thing that happens is that if I'm stopped and I touch the gas it resets the interval timing and starts from that instance.

All 2IS models have this. When the wiper switch is in the INT position (models without raindrop sensing function), or AUTO position (models with raindrop sensing function), the interval time of the wiper is controlled in accordance with the vehicle speed.
