P2241 is Front Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Bank 2, Sensor 1) IP Line Low Voltage. What sensor did you change before?

Do you have any aftermarket parts on your car? I've gotten the P2241 code both before I had PPE headers with OE O2 sensors AND AFTER PPE headers (with O2 sims w/ extenders) with new Denso O2 sensors. Very random when it appears; but it doesn't affect the way the car acts. Plus, I can just turn the car off and back on to remove the CEL from the cluster.
