Default Help!!!

My car was working perfectly fine yesterday, drove it to university (about a 30 min drive). It sat outside for about 2 hours and I turned it on and everything was fine, got on the highway no problem. As I was about to get off the highway, a bunch of signals popped on the dashboard (brake, engine, check awd, check VSC, etc.). As I would brake the car or fluctuate the signals would go and come back up. Got off the highway, was almost home when I realized the speedometer keep going from my speed limit to zero and vice versa. This scared me so I pulled into a parking lot hoping that if I turned off/turned on the problem would go away. Waited a minute after turning it off and when I went to start the car, it wouldn't turn on. The dashboard lit up and the lights were on, but that was it. No radio, windows weren't coming down, my remote wouldn't lock/open the doors. I have a 2008 Lexus is250 awd.

Dead alternator. Every time you stepped on the brakes or signaled, the draw from the lights killed it even more. You'll need a new alternator and battery, it's a simple fix for most with some mechanical experience and for those without, it shouldn't be too costly for a shop.
