Hey guys,

So I changed my alternator out today and everything seems to work fine but the passenger side and rear windows won't go down.

Driver side and moonroof are fine.

Any ideas what could be wrong, or what I should check?

Won't do down automatically or wont go down at all?

Won't go down at all. Only the driver side goes down (automatically as well).

The rest are all not functioning.

Okay figured it out, you have to reset it from each individual door and not the driver side panel.

It happens with me every time i unplug the battery stays like that for a couple of days then it comes back
